When Lars Malm, CEO of ITC Network, started the company, he managed contracts, time reporting, invoicing, and accounting manually. Previously, ITC Network spent significant resources on manual invoice handling. Now it is done in Inkopio, which automatically updates them in the accounting system Fortnox. This has reduced the administrative burden and increased the company's efficiency. 

"With the self-billing feature in Inkopio, we also avoid discrepancies between the consultants' time reporting and supplier invoices. We can also customize the invoices to match the customers' own format and structure, which has been greatly appreciated." 

Inkopio also accrues invoices in Fortnox to ensure they are recorded in the correct period. This has played a crucial role for ITC Network and led to time savings and even more structure in accounting.
